内存的调整倒都不是很怎么样
tempdb 的绑定 我不知道有多少 好处.......
你的logcache是准备做什么?绑定用户数据库日志?

和应用,环境有很大关系,所以不能简单的说配置好还是坏,要根据实际情况不断调整。

问一下你的系统管理员,你的阵列的划分方式,如果是raid 0+1的话,可以考虑在操作系统级别将类似"write to mirror disk"这类开关关闭。

观察一下 写入时 是否存在阻塞等情况?可以考虑表分区等方式缓解。
另外,让操作系统工程师做监控,看看 是否 io 已存在 瓶颈.......
