是否一定要先导出授权，即运行 suds_ctrl –a 100，后执行 sybload -D,如果顺序反了，就会出错？？

是不是新建立一个S90suds文件，然后在文件里写入suds_ctrl -a 100 ，
然后运行suds_ctrl -a 100 再重新启动？
安装前还需要运行suds_ctrl -a 100 吗 ？
