Study on Potential Rule behind Law Running

Abstract: Administrative justice system leads to potential rule penetrating into law， and the law agent that pursue maximal profit is also too. Everyone pursue maximal profit at his aim is one’s character，but the defect of justice system could be remedied by transforming. The task on which eliminate potential rule depends inevitably reformating justice system. If we had established justice system separating not only from legislation and administration, but also from superior court and its manager, justice system should run in closed circumstance and stuff potential rule up.
